Stefanek, CPA #### Managing Partner **e-mail:** [mstefanek@sr-cpas.com](mailto:mstefanek@sr-cpas.com) ### Profile With more than 25 years of experience working at a national and regional accounting firm and building his own practice, Mike has developed a diverse background enabling him to provide his clients and business partners a unique perspective on accounting, tax and business matters. Regardless of the business or industry, Mike has learned during each step of his career that the common denominator to all successful companies is good people believing in a business model that makes sense. At Stefanek Regalbuto, Mike works closely with his clients to help them find that common denominator. With that end in mind, Mike advises clients regarding strategic planning matters, succession planning issues, financial statement reporting, transactional due diligence matters, tax planning, and provides general business advisory services as needed. Mike is passionate about his role as business advisor to his customers and strives to build the confidence and trust necessary to be the first person they call for help. Mike also serves as the firm’s Construction Industry Practice Leader where he offers his extensive experience representing contractors on financial, tax and business matters. Through his network of professionals in the industry, Mike can deliver the resources necessary to help the firm’s construction clients overcome their challenges and take advantage of their opportunities. Mike is a graduate of John Carroll University where he obtained his B.S.B.A. in Accounting. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mike is a former Trustee of Leadership Geauga County and is the Co-Founder of the David A.
